 What We Did:

Green Street to Main Street delivered a Flow + Focus Training Series tailored to the medical model, including:

  • 3-Level Talk Track System – Built quick, mid-depth, and detailed versions of common product explanations so staff could flex based on time + patient type

  • Visual Aid Selling Tools – Created “cheat sheets” for terpenes, strains, and dosing so staff weren’t relying on long-winded explanations

  • Time Awareness Coaching – Real-time floor observation and feedback on pace, body language, and patient queues

  • Segmented Service Strategy – Taught team to triage patients: newbies got 1:1 time, regulars got quick-touch service with trust built in

  • Sales Flow Simulation Drills – Ran timed roleplays to reinforce speed without sacrificing warmth or professionalism

 The Results:

  • Cut average transaction time in half (from 12+ mins to under 6 mins) within 3 weeks

  • Sales increased 17% in the first month due to higher throughput

  • Staff confidence rose—less burnout from long convos, more focus on outcomes
