The Problem:

The company had invested heavily in both grow and extraction infrastructure but was bottlenecked by inconsistent documentation, licensing delays, and confusion around operational compliance. They needed:

  • Clear, audit-ready SOPs for all verticals

  • Licensing guidance across local and state levels

  • Internal team training to sustain compliance as they scaled

What We Did:

Green Street to Main Street stepped in as a compliance-to-operations bridge. Our approach included:

  • Full SOP Audit & Rewrite for cultivation and extraction processes to align with CDPH and DCC standards

  • License Project Management, coordinating between local municipal requirements, CEQA documentation, and Metrc integration

  • Internal Training for managers and floor staff so SOPs weren’t just documents—they were lived practices

  • Emergency Protocols and Facility Flowcharts created to pass inspections and prevent shutdowns

 The Results:

  • Secured State Provisional & Local Licenses within 90 days

  • Passed both Fire Marshal and Health Department inspections on the first round

  • Reduced onboarding time for new hires by 40% with role-specific SOP quick-starts

  • Improved operational consistency across two sites, which helped the brand attract outside investment
